With more than two decades of experience and a passion for creating food that nourishes both body and community, Karla has dedicated her career to showcasing the beauty and abundance of plant-based cuisine.
Drawing inspiration from Puerto Rico's rich culinary heritage, local farmers, and global flavors, she creates dishes that are vibrant, comforting, and made from scratch with intention.
